Mr. Softy Ice cream started from a simple family get together in Marikina. The brother in law of Victorino Perea who is based in the US sent them a soft ice cream maker. Everyone in the family loved the soft ice cream and they began to share it with their friends and neighbors and when they kept asking for more, the family has decided to turn it into business.
History of Mr. Softy Ice Cream
As mentioned earlier, it all started from a simple family gathering and when the family saw its income generating potential, Victorino Perea decided to make profit for it and turn it into business. With only a 2 sqm space in the nearby public market of Sta. Elena in the year 2000, the company started to be open for business. Php 9000 is the starting capital of Mr. Perea at that time and with his managerial skills because he was a former sales manager of CFC Corp and Presto ice cream, long queues have started to build. His starting retail price was only Php 5 per cone and to meet the increasing demands of their loyal patriots, the company started to open outlets in other wet markets. In the span of two years, the company grew to a network of 120 outlets.
Mr. Softy Ice cream offers freshly made soft served ice cream that caters to consumers of all ages.
How to Franchise Mr. Softy Ice Cream:
- Secure and submit a letter of intent addressed to Mr. Vinson Perea, Vice President.
- Send your proposed location for market research and approval.
- Fill out the franchise application form from the office.
