hi! i just wanted to report a rude lady at green hills v mall food court 3rd floor. she served us with spoiled watermelon and didnt want to replace it at first. i had to ask for her id and her name before ahe agreed to replace it. ahe did not give her full name and did not show her id. she said her name was joy/joyce she told me “magkukuulang yun strawberry namin” i told her there is an inventory for that. she can report that the watermelon is already spoiled. she was very rude and kept answering back. please address this and train the staff to talk yo customers properly. thank you!
